The girl on reception when I arrived late Thursday afternoon was delightful. She made me feel "welcome" and set a positive note for our stay. Best location in Mooloolaba. Very comfortable, huge apartment, great view of the beach.
A bit pricey - but great location.

The location is sensational with beach views, proximity to beach, attractions, shopping and restaurants. Staff were fantastic. Our apartment was suitable for 2 young children.

I liked the proximity to the beach and shopping precinct.
Noisy, had to close all windows to block the street noise which made it too hot to sleep comfortably. Had to use aircon, which did not really service the whole of the unit. We had requested a room on a higher floor to take advantage of the view of the ocean-none avail, we got the room next to the gym entrance which was also very noisy due to people coming and going banging the entrance door at inappropriate times...

The staff were wonderful and so helpful - really friendly, and it made the stay memorable. I enjoyed the location of the resort (it's the second time I've been) and thought the facilities were really good.
The key cards kept de-activating. It wasn't a major problem but it was a bit inconvenient.

Location
Bedrooms were very shabby. Sheets were not crisp and white and did not give the appearance of being clean. One of the towels was grey rather than white.
